Protecting You From Covid 19

Risk Assessment

As lock-down restrictions have eased and we are due to be welcoming visitors again we want to assure all our guests that we are doing everything we can to ensure their safety.  We have always maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene but as a result of a comprehensive risk assessment we will be taking the following additional precautions in order to protect our guests and our staff.

Effective 19th July 2021 guests no longer need to check-in wearing face coverings.  Face coverings will be worn by staff when serving breakfast (all staff are vaccinated) but there are no requirements for guest to wear masks at any time unless they wish to.

Preventative Measures

Hand sanitiser is available in all communal areas as well as your room.

If you are feeling unwell in any way during your stay, please let us know immediatley.

Breakfast will continue to be served in the dining room and we will ensure that tables are distanced as much as possible.

Fruit, Cereals, Juices and Yoghurt will be displayed in the dining room but these will be served to you.  Please do not help yourself as this potentially upsets some of our guests,

Condiments, Sauces and Sugar will be provided in sachets to avoid the use of bottles.

The Guest Lounge will remain open.  Please try to ensure you continue to observe social distancing whilst using the lounge.

Our staff are advised to wash their hands continuously throughout the day and we would encourage you to do the same, particularly when entering or leaving the building.

Shared surfaces in common areas such as light switches, door handles, stair rails and furniture will continue to be disinfected regularly during your stay.

Your Room

Your room will have been thoroughly deep cleaned prior to your arrival.

We have reintroduced daily room cleans during your stay.   If you prefer staff not to enter your room, please to help us by placing your tray outside your room as you come down for breakfast.  Any rubbish should also be placed outside your room along with any linen you would like refreshed in the Laundry bags provided.
